Leadership

Jonathan Andrews, Founder and Principal of JJA REC, brings extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, development, and asset management, having overseen transactions totaling more than +7.5M square feet and +$3.75 billion in asset value throughout his career. Prior to establishing JJA REC, he served on Nuveen Real Estate's Alternative acquisitions team, led complex mixed-use developments at Arch Companies, and drove large-scale urban infill projects across Greater Boston as Development Director at Twining Properties. A Harvard University graduate, Jonathan is based in New York City.
