ASSET & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
The team at JJA REC has extensive asset management experience, currently overseeing an aggregate portfolio of +4,750 units. We offer best-in-class, data-driven solutions to help our clients actively manage their portfolios, identify risks, and prepare effective reporting for internal and external stakeholders alike.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Our Construction Management expertise includes a variety of specialties such as Owner’s Representation, Project Management, Preconstruction/Predevelopment Advisory, and Construction Inspection services. We have extensive experience working within the parameters of various HUD/state agency reporting requirements, with an institutional client base and growing CM project load of ~1,000 units nationally.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
Our development track record totals +2,000 units and +2.6Msf of residential and commercial properties, with experience in municipalities across the United States. Specific areas of expertise include complex urban-infill high-rise development, LIHTC & HUD-financed projects, and brownfield tax credits.
